Nothing new in this, just nice to see it in a “respected” magazine like TIME. As we’ve said before, there’s too much money to be made in keeping drugs illegal and way too much hay to be made in the form of political demagoguery. Still the sheer magnitude of this failure may finally be waking some people up.
